Case study
Giving an executive mindfulness practice a digital presence worthy of the C-suite
A stalled website project, a premium audience, and a service that is easy to misread as “wellness.” The site had to speak the language of senior leaders and make booking an introduction feel like an obvious next step.
About the client
Mind Alignments (mindalignments.com) is a Phuket-based executive development practice led by its founder, Lakshi Chandrashekhar. It delivers neuroscience-backed mindfulness and emotional intelligence programs for C-suite leaders and global teams: sharper decisions under pressure, calmer emotional regulation, and stronger team cohesion.
The founder brings an MBA, corporate leadership exposure (including American Express), yogic scholarship, and NLP training. The practice offers five signature programs, from a 2-hour executive immersion to a 5-day transformational workshop, plus a flagship Executive Clarity Retreat in Phuket for visiting leadership teams.
Clients include healthcare entrepreneurs, hospitality leaders (including a General Manager at Marriott International), finance leaders, and operations heads.
The problem
Mind Alignments sells trust and credibility to senior decision-makers who may never have met the founder. The website is the first impression, and for corporate offsite planners, often the only one before an enquiry. The project had also been pending for a long time, with the vision scattered across ideas, images, and content that needed to be pulled into one coherent site.
-
01
Premium positioning, not “wellness” positioning
Mindfulness can be dismissed as soft by executive buyers. The site needed executive-level language, a calm and professional look, and a clear link between mindfulness and business outcomes.
-
02
A multi-layered offering that needed to feel simple
Five programs, four delivery formats, and a retreat. Without careful structure, visitors would not know which one fits their team or timeline.
-
03
Proof that builds trust fast
Outcome stories from real leaders had to be visible and credible, not hidden away.
-
04
A clear path to a conversation
The whole business converts through one action: booking an introduction. Every page had to lead there.
-
05
Imagery that supports the story
Retreat and session photography needed to be presented cleanly and clearly, so the visual side matched the premium positioning.
What we built
The goal: a clean, professional site that makes a premium offering easy to understand and easy to enquire about.
-
01
Executive-first homepage narrative
The homepage follows the logic of a leadership decision: the problem (decision fatigue, cognitive bias under pressure, silent burnout), the solution (a 2-hour executive immersion), the outcomes (sharper strategic thinking, reduced reactive decision-making, faster emotional recalibration), then credibility, then a single clear call to action.
-
02
Program architecture that scales
A Programs hub with a dedicated page for each of the five signature programs: Executive Cognitive Reset™, Strategic Recalibration Intensive™, Aligned Leadership Dynamics™, Strategic Emotional Intelligence Architecture™, and the Executive Clarity Retreat – Phuket™. The modular delivery options, from 2 hours to 5 days, are explained up front, so a buyer can see what fits.
-
03
Outcome-led social proof
A dedicated Impact & Outcomes page where each testimonial opens with the transformation, such as “From Emotional Reactivity to Strategic Execution” and “Sharper Decisions, Lower Emotional Leakage,” rather than generic praise.
-
04
Clean design, clear imagery
A restrained, professional visual system with generous spacing, so photography and content are presented clearly. A Gallery page brings the retreat and session experience to life.
-
05
Conversion paths on every page
Audience-specific calls to action placed throughout: Book Executive Introduction Session, Host This Session at Your Next Corporate Offsite, and Book a conversation, plus a contact page and a newsletter sign-up form.
-
06
Insights blog for authority and search
A content hub for the founder’s articles on leadership, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence, built to grow organic visibility over time.
-
07
Built to be managed by the client
Built on WordPress with Elementor, so the founder can update content, add programs, and publish articles herself without a developer for every change, with VisionWeb on hand for maintenance.
-
08
Search and social foundations
Canonical URLs, page-level titles and meta descriptions, Open Graph and Twitter Card tags, and robots directives, so pages look right when shared on LinkedIn and Instagram and are properly indexable.
