Who this page is for: service centres and AMC desks that still run jobs in WhatsApp and spares in a notebook. The product is Service Centre Management. A workshop that will not fit a ready job card belongs on custom billing and ERP.
The Monday-morning test
Ask who is on the way to a customer, which spare left the shelf, and which AMC visit is due this week. If those three answers live in three places, the desk is guessing. The product is worth a demo when one job card holds all three.
What the job card should hold
- The complaint, the customer, and the asset
- The technician assigned, and the status of the visit
- The spare used, so stock drops when the part is fitted
- The close, so the invoice is the same story as the job
What to check in a demo
- An AMC contract with an end date and this week’s visits
- A spare issued to a job and removed from stock
- A technician update from the phone, scoped to how your team actually works
- A counter that also sells spares, which can sit beside billing and ERP
